چکیده
A composite Cd 0.95 Ni 0.05 Sb crystal consisting of CdSb and NiSb inclusions was obtained by the modified Bridgman method. It shown methods scanning electron microscopy, X-ray phase analysis, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, studies Raman spectra, that main matrix a block single (orthorhombic Pbca structure) containing microcrystalline acicular second (hexagonal structure NiAs type P6 3 /mmc). has been found anisotropy single-crystal needles in samples crystalline (needles are directed along across current direction) significantly affects resistance magnetoresistance crystal. The interface is needle-like inclusion --- can become superconducting, which conductivity as whole. However, this superconductivity insufficient for transition at experimental temperatures to superconducting with zero composite. Keywords: cadmium antimonide, nickel composite, conductivity, superconductivity.

The limit to which the phase change memory material Ge2Sb2Te5 can be scaled toward the smallest possible memory cell is investigated using structural and optical methodologies. The encapsulation material surrounding the Ge2Sb2Te5 has an increasingly dominant effect on the material’s ability to change phase, and a profound increase in the crystallization temperature is observed when the Ge2Sb2Te...

متن کاملMagnetic properties of the Haldane-gap material [Ni(C2H8N2)2NO2](BF4)
Results of magnetization and high-field electron spin resonance (ESR) studies of the new spin-1 Haldane-chain material [Ni(C2H8N2)2NO2] (BF4) (NENB) are reported. A definite signature of the Haldane state in NENB was obtained. From the analysis of the frequency–field dependence of magnetic excitations in NENB, the spin-Hamiltonian parameters were calculated, yielding 1/kB = 17.4 K, g‖ = 2.14, D...
متن کاملInherent Simple Cubic Lattice Being Responsible for Ultrafast Solid-Phase Change of Ge2Sb2Te5
Crystallization of solid is generally slow in kinetics for atoms trapped in solids. Phase-change materials (PCMs) challenge current theory on its ultrafast reversible amorphous-to-crystal transition. Here by using the stochastic surface walking global optimization method, we establish the first global potential energy surface (PES) for Ge2Sb2Te5. By analyzing all structures on the global PES, w...
